- FLAT RATE SHIPPING BY USPS
Our shipping and processing fees cover processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchased, and delivering them to you.
The Flat rate Shipping takes between 2 and 9 business days. If your shipment does not arrive within the guaranteed 9 days delivery date, we will refund the order upon its reception after we send you a return label.
- NEXT DAY DELIVERY
If we receive your order by 4pm Monday through Friday, you'll receive your order the next business day; orders placed Friday after 4pm through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.
Buy online at your own pace and for 18$ we deliver your purchase at your location. When checking out, select "Miami Delivery" in the shipping options.
DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
1. Send us an email to email@example.com with the explanation of the return and include photos.
2. Once you receive the return acceptance, pack the items in their original packages. Note that in most cases, the pre-paid express carriers' labels are only valid in the US.
Items returned undamaged within 30 days of delivery will be refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For broken or damaged items upon reception, please send immediately a photo by email to info (a) winestoree [dot] com and we will resend the item.
